At Aquapuck LLC, your satisfaction is our priority.

Return eligibility

We accept returns of unused products in their original sealed packaging when the return request is made within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned in their original sealed box. Approved returns receive a 100% refund to the original payment method.

Returns we cannot accept

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Return requests after the 30-day period has expired.

Since chlorine tablets are a degradable chemical product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for safety reasons.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Aquapuck LLC is not responsible for damage or loss during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Received a damaged or wrong item?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
